Ingredients:
1 lb.tilapia fillets
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. grated orange rind
1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
¼ cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
1 ½ Tbsp. sliced almonds
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray and baking dish with cooking spray. Place the tilapia fillets in the dish.
2. Mix the next 5 ingredients (salt through orange rind) in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the tilapia fillets.
3. Sprinkle the almonds evenly over the tilapia. Squeeze the orange juice on top of the fish.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
