Ingredients:
3 medium scallions
2 cloves garlic
1/8 cup parsley flakes
1 pound ground lean turkey
1/2 cup Hol-Grain brown rice gluten free bread crumbs, or similar product
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Holland House Marsala Wine
1 egg white
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
Mince scallions, garlic and parsley in a food processor. In a medium bowl, combine scallion mixture with remaining ingredients. Divide into six equal portions and form into patties approximately 1/2 inch thick. Using a grill, such as the George Forman Grill, cook patties two at a time until well browned on both sides, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
