Ginger Cinnamon Turkey

4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. (or less) kosher salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, if desired
1 lb turkey breast

Preheat oven to 325 F. Combine spices in a small bowl. Dredge all sides of turkey breasts in the mixture and lay in a lightly greased glass baking dish. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with brown rice and vegetable of your choice.
